HSE Officer

About the role

Archirodon is seeking qualified HSE Officers to support a newly awarded major oil & gas EPC project in Abu Dhabi. The role involves implementing health, safety and environmental programs and ensuring compliance with ADNOC regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the HSE Manager / Senior HSE Officer in daily operations.
• Implement the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS) for HSE throughout the project.
• Ensure all activities by company or subcontractor personnel comply with HSE policies and ADNOC regulations.
• Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and verify controls for identified hazards.
• Investigate and report accidents, incidents and near‑misses, and drive corrective actions.
• Participate in meetings, emergency drills, inspections and audits.
• Respond to non‑compliance reports and support follow‑up of corrective actions.

Required profile

• NEBOSH certification (minimum).
• 5–8 years of HSE experience in oil & gas, on‑shore or off‑shore.
• ADNOC approval or familiarity with ADNOC HSE standards (preferred).
• Strong reporting ability and fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HSE standards and regulations.
• Ability to conduct inductions, toolbox talks and safety trainings.
• Experience with incident investigation and root‑cause analysis.
