HSE Officer – Solar Project

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HSE Officer to join Proficient Project Management Services on a solar power project for Larsen & Toubro in Dubai. The role involves safeguarding health, safety and environmental standards throughout the construction and commissioning phases.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce HSE standards on the project site.
• Carry out regular inspections, identify hazards and implement control measures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE HSE regulations.
• Promote safe work practices and provide guidance to site personnel.
• Assist in developing and updating HSE procedures and risk assessments.
• Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, reports and incident records.
• Support incident investigations and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to maintain a safe working environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of HSE experience, preferably on solar projects.
• NEBOSH or IOSH certification is a plus.
• Immediate availability and possession of a valid UAE visa preferred.
• Willingness to work in Dubai or relocate.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and solar‑project safety practices.
