HSE Officer / Supervisor / Coordinator – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HSE professional to join a leading oil & gas organization in Abu Dhabi. The role combines the duties of an Officer, Supervisor and Coordinator to ensure health, safety and environmental standards are consistently applied across all operations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures and safe working practices.
• Conduct workplace safety inspections, hazard identification and risk assessments.
• Monitor Permit to Work (PTW) activities and verify compliance with approved safety procedures.
• Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions and HSE awareness sessions for site personnel.
• Investigate incidents, near‑misses and unsafe conditions and support corrective actions.
• Maintain HSE documentation, inspection records, incident reports and compliance registers.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to site‑specific safety requirements.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, drills and site safety initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• Professional HSE qualification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) preferred.
• Relevant experience in oil & gas or industrial HSE environments.
