HSE Training Manager

About the role

The HSE Training Manager leads the development, coordination, and delivery of Health, Safety and Environmental training programs and inductions across all Miral Experiences departments. This role promotes a positive safety culture, ensures colleagues have the knowledge to work safely, and supports compliance with local regulations, international standards and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and implement the HSE training strategy in line with business objectives, regulatory requirements and ISO 45001.
• Conduct Training Needs Analyses, competency assessments and maintain training matrices for all departments.
• Develop, deliver and continuously improve classroom‑based, practical, workplace and e‑learning HSE training programmes.
• Coordinate all HSE inductions, mandatory training, refresher courses and competency‑based development programmes.
• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, audits, incident data and performance indicators.
• Maintain accurate training records, certifications, competency evaluations and compliance documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a recognised HSE qualification.
• Professional HSE qualifications such as NEBOSH IGC, NEBOSH Diploma, IOSH or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering HSE training programmes in high‑risk environments.
• Experience conducting competency assessments and training needs analysis.
• Strong presentation, coaching and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 standards.
