Human Capital Administrator – HRIS & Data (3‑Month Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Human Capital Administrator to join our Abu Dhabi team on a three‑month fixed‑term contract. The role focuses on ensuring the HRIS contains complete, accurate, and reliable employee data, supporting the Human Capital team with data entry, cleansing and system optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Review and update employee records in the HRIS, performing high‑volume data entry, cleansing and validation.
• Reconcile HRIS data with source documentation and conduct regular quality audits to resolve discrepancies.
• Support migration and consolidation of historical employee information into the system.
• Identify and flag system configuration issues, data gaps and process inconsistencies, and propose improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling compensation‑related data such as salaries, allowances and bonuses.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS administration or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently against clear deadlines.
• Basic understanding of compensation components and employee lifecycle processes.

Required skills

• HRIS administration (experience with Personio preferred).
• Data entry and data cleansing.
• Advanced Excel skills.
