Key responsibilities

• Curate and deliver training programs to foster continuous learning.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners on employee relations and a positive work environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and bring innovative ideas to the team.
• Analyze HR data and metrics, presenting insights to leadership.
• Support employee engagement initiatives to drive high performance.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on HR‑related queries.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 3 years experience in a Human Capital or HR Business Partner role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting HR metrics.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
