Human Resources Administrator – Hospitality

About the role

Join the hospitality team in Dubai as a Human Resources Administrator, supporting HR managers and delivering memorable guest experiences. You will handle a full spectrum of HR activities, from recruitment to employee relations, ensuring smooth operations across the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate recruitment activities using TMX, the company’s talent management system.
• Input data into the hotel payroll system and coordinate with payroll for accuracy.
• Manage onboarding and all HR administration tasks for team members.
• Support HR initiatives such as work experience programs, career fairs, training materials, and employee surveys.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee issues and advise the HR Director.
• Maintain confidentiality of personnel records and HR files.
• Assist with administration of employee benefit programs and open enrollment.
• Help organize team member social events and contribute to employee development.
