Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner will join Raytheon's Emirates team, supporting senior leadership in a fast‑paced defence environment. This role focuses on aligning people strategies with business objectives across a multicultural workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to translate business priorities into HR initiatives.
• Embed RTX values into talent development and employee engagement processes.
• Lead organizational change projects that improve effectiveness and experience.
• Advise on structure, roles, reporting lines, and job leveling.
• Support workforce planning, talent mobility, and succession needs.
• Provide data‑driven insights to strengthen leadership capability and team performance.
• Act as a trusted HR advisor to both leaders and employees.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (or advanced degree with relevant experience).
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a similar role, preferably within a large, multicultural organization.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence business outcomes.
