Human Resources Business Partner - Middle East

About the role

Lenskart, one of the world's largest omnichannel eyewear companies, is expanding across the Middle East and is looking for an HR Business Partner to build a strong regional people function. The role is hands-on and covers local employment regulations, immigration, employee lifecycle management and HR business partnering, working closely with business leaders to support regional expansion across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to turn business priorities into people plans and support workforce needs across the region
• Oversee the employee lifecycle from onboarding and employment documentation to employee relations, exits and offboarding
• Manage work permits, employment visas, sponsorships and renewals for local and international employees
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws, especially in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, including hiring, termination and documentation
• Oversee HR operations, employee insurance and benefits administration with external vendors
• Coordinate government liaison, PRO services, business and employment licences and other regulatory formalities
• Manage external partners on immigration, insurance, PRO services and HR operations
• Support talent acquisition, performance management, engagement and retention while building a high-performance culture

Required profile

• Experience in HR business partnering or HR operations in the Middle East, preferably across the UAE and Saudi Arabia
• Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation and exits
• Ability to coordinate with government authorities, PRO service providers and external vendors on licences and permits
• Versatile, resourceful professional comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Arabic is an advantage; English is essential
