Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented HR Coordinator to support our road and infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing end‑to‑end employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining accurate HR records, and ensuring compliance with UAE labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate full‑cycle onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Support payroll, attendance, leave management and benefits administration.
• Process and monitor visa, labour and other statutory documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labour law.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR operational support to employees and management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• 2–5 years of HR operations experience within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Experience handling employee records, onboarding, offboarding and HR administration.
• Knowledge of visa, labour and employee documentation processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
