Human Resources Executive (Arabic Speaker) – DoubleTree by Hilton Sharjah

Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Human Resources Executive at DoubleTree by Hilton Sharjah Waterfront Hotel and Residences, you will support daily HR operations while delivering memorable experiences that enhance every guest’s stay.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, employee relations, labor relations, compliance, safety, and performance management.
• Coordinate recognition programs, special events, and engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Manage HR data entry, track employment transitions, maintain training and corrective‑action records, and generate HR metric reports.
• Supervise and coach team members, monitor performance, and ensure consistent application of HR policies.
• Partner with department leaders on workforce planning, talent development, onboarding, and performance management.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
• Previous HR leadership experience in a hotel or hospitality environment (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, recruitment, talent development, and employment legislation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
