About the role

The Human Resources Executive will oversee all administrative and HR functions for outsourced staff, ensuring smooth recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing employee management in close liaison with the client.

Key responsibilities

Source, recruit, screen, and shortlist candidates, arranging interviews and ensuring a positive employer image.
Manage new‑joiner transitions, supervise staff attendance, leave, and travel arrangements.
Maintain personnel files, coordinate immigration and labour procedures with the head office.
Handle monthly payroll processing and invoicing through client portals.
Liaise with the client on bonuses, increments, office logistics, and staff performance improvements.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in outsourced staff management.
Excellent communication skills and strong PC proficiency.
Ability to work independently and lead a multicultural team.
Good knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
