Human Resources Executive

About the role

The First Group Hospitality, a hospitality management company with a growing portfolio of upscale hotels, restaurants and leisure destinations across Dubai and the GCC, is looking for a Human Resources Executive. The role provides a proactive and supportive HR service to all employees, acts as the main point of contact for employee queries and helps implement initiatives that uphold company values and promote employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and manage employee engagement activities, events and initiatives such as social events and recognition programs.
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation, and follow up on exit interviews and coordination with former employees.
• Advise on employment terms, conditions, policies and procedures, and act as a link between management and employees, including interpreting and administering contracts.
• Maintain HR records for new hires, transfers, terminations, job classification changes, leaves and attendance.
• Handle joining formalities and process documents in a timely way, keeping sensitive information confidential.

Required profile

• Experience in fostering employee engagement, managing workplace relations and promoting employee well-being.
• Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures and best practices.
• Familiarity with UAE Labour Law and compliance regulations.
• CIPD certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Drafting precise employment contracts, documentation and official correspondence.
• Proficiency in general IT systems, including spreadsheets, word processing and email management.
• Ability to meet deadlines, conduct research and perform routine calculations and administrative tasks.
