Human Resources Generalist – Ajman Saray Resort

About the role

The Human Resources Generalist will support management and the leadership team in handling a wide range of HR issues. This role assists employees with internal and external transfer requests, coordinates hiring processes, and ensures compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and support managers with hiring processes, including drug screens, reference checks, background checks, and verification of motor vehicle and social security numbers.
• Maintain applicant flow logs, orientation records, and transfer request documentation.
• Create and manage new‑hire and personnel files in the Human Resources Information System.
• Support orientation of new employees and provide training on HR processes, programs, and systems.
• Monitor recruitment activities for compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, including interview documents and I‑9 forms.
• Assist with payroll record processing as needed.
• Generate HR data reports and handle routine office correspondence.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least one year of related HR work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
