Human Resources Generalist – HR Operations & Recruitment

About the role

The Human Resources Generalist will oversee all administrative and HR functions for AMS outsourced staff, ensuring a positive employer image and smooth onboarding processes. This role works closely with the client, AMS management, and external agencies to recruit, place, and support staff.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and promote a positive employer brand for AMS International.
• Source, interview, screen, shortlist, and coordinate candidate interviews in partnership with management and recruitment agencies.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new joiners, ensuring seamless transition into the company.
• Supervise staff attendance, leave, annual tickets, and other personal details.
• Provide counseling and problem‑solving support to employees as needed.
• Maintain personnel files and liaise with AMS Head Office for immigration and labour procedures.
• Manage annual leave and sick leave schedules and coordinate with the client.
• Coordinate staff bonuses, increments, and improvement processes with the client.
• Ensure consistent application of policies and address any ambiguities.
• Handle logistics for new joiners, leavers, office space changes, and related matters.
• Manage monthly payroll processing and invoicing through client portals.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with PC applications.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws.
• Leadership capability and a people‑oriented approach.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
