Human Resources Generalist

About the role

We are a leading multinational holding company seeking a proactive HR Generalist to become the operational backbone of our Dubai hub. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will manage day‑to‑day HR operations across diverse business units spanning manufacturing, retail, and ship chandelling.

Key responsibilities

• Champion the HR Management System (HRMS), maintain accurate employee data, and generate essential HR reports.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and operational escalations from General Managers in multiple countries.
• Ensure strict adherence to company‑wide policies, including incident reporting and performance management.
• Oversee onboarding, induction, and the full employee lifecycle from joining to off‑boarding.
• Assist in monitoring labor‑law compliance across key operational regions.

Required profile

• 3 to 7 years of generalist HR experience in a fast‑paced, multinational environment.
• Strong technical proficiency with HRMS and data management.
• High attention to detail and a process‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate diplomatically with international site managers.
