Human Resources Lead

About the role

Terracotta, a leading outsourcing provider in the UAE, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Lead to drive its HR function. The role will oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations, and partner with business leaders to support rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the HR function across the organisation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Maintain compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances and investigations.
• Oversee onboarding, probation, confirmations, promotions, transfers and off‑boarding processes.
• Administer employment contracts and HR documentation.
• Support workforce planning, organisational development and performance management.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, Operations and Talent Acquisition teams.
• Produce HR reports, metrics and workforce analytics.
• Coordinate visa and labour‑related processes with the PRO.
• Drive process improvements, HR governance and mentor the HR team.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of HR experience in the UAE, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in manpower supply, outsourcing, staffing or Employer of Record environments preferred.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume, fast‑paced operations.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and MOHRE compliance.
• Demonstrated experience handling employee relations and HR administration.
