Human Resources Manager – Dubai

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead all HR activities for a fast‑growing restaurant operation in Dubai. You will be responsible for attracting talent, maintaining employee relations, and ensuring compliance with local labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and staffing for restaurant and support functions.
• Act as the primary liaison between management and employees, handling grievances, conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Design and deliver training programmes, orientation sessions and continuous skill‑development initiatives.
• Develop, implement and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws and company standards.
• Manage performance evaluation systems, provide feedback and assist managers with goal setting.
• Supervise payroll, leave administration and employee benefits, maintaining transparent salary structures.
• Collaborate with restaurant leadership on workforce planning, forecasting manpower needs across all branches.
• Ensure workplace health and safety compliance and promote employee wellness and engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR management, preferably within hospitality or restaurant environments.
• Strong knowledge of UAE (or Gulf) labour legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies, training programmes and performance systems.
• Detail‑oriented with solid organizational and record‑keeping abilities.
