Human Resources Manager – Dubai

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will join the property HR support team in Dubai, overseeing daily HR operations such as recruitment, total compensation, training, and compliance. The role ensures HR services meet employee needs and support business success while adhering to local laws and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment and hiring process, including interviewing, job fairs, external sourcing, and vendor coordination.
• Administer employee benefits, handle unemployment claims, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Support employee development through orientation, cross‑training, and ongoing training initiatives.
• Maintain employee relations by facilitating communication, handling discipline documentation, and addressing concerns.
• Ensure legal and compliance practices, including proper employee file management, safety policy communication, and workers‑compensation claim oversight.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least three years of HR or related experience, OR an associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with at least one year of experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work with HR systems, recruitment sources, and compliance procedures in a hospitality environment.
