Human Resources Manager

About the role

Vogue Vacation Homes, a fast‑growing holiday‑home management company in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to own and develop the HR function across its expanding portfolio of premium short‑term rentals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, contracts, probation, performance management and off‑boarding.
• Lead talent acquisition for both operational and corporate roles, maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Oversee payroll coordination, leave, attendance, benefits and ensure compliance with UAE labour laws.
• Handle employee relations, resolve HR matters confidentially, and support managers with performance reviews and development plans.
• Coordinate visas, Emirates IDs, insurance and other employee‑related requirements while promoting a positive workplace culture.
• Prepare regular HR reports and provide insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably as an HR Manager or department head.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour legislation and HR best practices.
• Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations and HR operations.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional, hands‑on and approachable personality with the ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using HR information systems.
