About the role
A recruiter is supporting a luxury hospitality group in the UAE to hire an HR Manager in Abu Dhabi. The role oversees human capital strategy, workforce engagement and operational HR excellence, helping build a performance-driven culture and delivering seamless HR services across properties.
Key responsibilities
- Drive HR operations including talent acquisition, onboarding and retention
- Develop policies aligned with labor laws and organizational values
- Implement performance management systems and succession planning
- Oversee employee relations, grievance handling and engagement programs
- Partner with leadership so workforce capability matches business growth
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration; CIPD certification preferred
- 7+ years of HR experience in hospitality, leisure or service industries
- Deep knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, able to influence stakeholders
