Human Resources Manager – Perfume Industry (Arabic Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions and support the growth of our organization in the perfume and related consumer goods sectors. The role requires strong expertise in HR operations, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Oversee employee relations, engagement initiatives, and workplace culture.
• Ensure HR policies, procedures, and compliance with local labor regulations.
• Administer performance management systems, appraisals, and career development programs.
• Coordinate payroll, attendance management, and maintain accurate employee records.
• Provide guidance on workplace issues, conflicts, and disciplinary procedures.
• Lead employee training and development initiatives.
• Facilitate effective communication between management and staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 + years of progressive HR experience, including managerial or leadership roles.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or senior HR professional.
• Experience managing HR functions for organizations with 200 + employees.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
• Experience in perfume, fashion, retail, FMCG, manufacturing, or trading industries is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
