Human Resources Specialist (6 Months Contract)

About the role

The Human Resources Specialist will provide hands‑on operational support across the full employee lifecycle for a six‑month fixed‑term assignment in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on data and document management, compliance, and end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, restructure and maintain employee files; draft, issue and file employment contracts on schedule.
• Prepare and issue employee letters such as salary certificates, visa support letters and other HR correspondence, maintaining templates and logs.
• Create job descriptions, post vacancies, source candidates, coordinate interviews and manage the offer process through acceptance.
• Collect, verify and file new‑joiner documentation, obtain signatures on pre‑onboarding papers and support first‑day logistics.
• Liaise with recruitment agencies for contractor and consultant administration, ensuring timely documentation and compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum five years (60 months) of HR or related experience.
• Highly organised, able to work independently and meet competing deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow matters through to closure.
