Human Resources Specialist

About the role

The Human Resources Specialist will support the HR function across performance management, employee engagement, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, learning and development, and HR analytics. This role partners with managers and leaders to foster a positive, inclusive, high‑performing culture while ensuring compliance with UAE labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, calibration and reporting.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives, analyse feedback and develop action plans to improve experience and retention.
• Coordinate recruitment activities from job posting to offer management and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support onboarding, maintain accurate employee records, and prepare HR correspondence such as contracts and letters.
• Assist with employee relations matters, including policy interpretation, investigations, disciplinary actions and grievance handling.
• Organise learning and development programmes, track training completion and evaluate effectiveness.
• Generate and analyse HR metrics related to recruitment, performance, engagement, turnover and headcount.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and applicable labour regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or specialist role, with strong knowledge of UAE labour laws.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS systems.
• Experience using SAP.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
