HVAC Supervisor (Dubai)

About the role

Voltron UAE is looking for an experienced HVAC Supervisor to lead its MEP team on construction projects in Dubai. The role involves overseeing installation, maintenance, testing and commissioning of HVAC systems while ensuring safety, quality and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all HVAC installation, maintenance, repair, retrofit, testing and commissioning activities on site.
• Lead and coordinate technicians, subcontractors and other MEP trades to achieve project milestones.
• Review drawings, layouts and specifications before execution and ensure correct installation of AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, chillers, ducting, piping and pumps.
• Conduct inspections, support testing and commissioning, and manage hand‑over documentation.
• Troubleshoot system issues, implement corrective actions and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare daily progress reports, monitor manpower, material and equipment availability.

Required profile

• Diploma, ITI or equivalent technical qualification in Mechanical or HVAC.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE/GCC experience in HVAC works, preferably in construction, retrofit or facility management.
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and technical documents.
• Strong supervision, leadership and coordination skills.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
