HVAC Technician – Installation, Maintenance & Repair

Job description
Key responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including split units, central AC, and ventilation systems.
- Perform regular inspections to identify and fix potential issues in HVAC equipment.
- Replace filters, belts, copper piping, bracing & pressure test and other components as necessary.
- Maintain and monitor temperature controls and energy management systems.
- Assist in inspections, testing & commissioning, air balancing & noise control.
Required profile
- Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in MEP maintenance or construction.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints.
- Working knowledge of safety protocols and standards.
- Valid driver's license is desirable.
