HVAC Technician

About the role

The St. Regis Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join its facilities team. You will be responsible for ensuring the comfort, safety, and efficiency of the hotel’s mechanical systems while supporting the high‑standard guest experience expected of a luxury property.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air‑quality control, and refrigeration equipment.
• Conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant and monitor property temperature.
• Analyze energy and utilities usage and calibrate controls, gauges, meters, and related equipment.
• Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems and electronic wiring.
• Assemble, install, and maintain pipe assemblies, fittings, and valves.
• Perform routine pool and spa maintenance.
• Follow all company safety, security, and environmental policies, reporting hazards and completing required training.
