HVAC Technician

About the role

The HVAC Technician provides professional, engaging, and friendly service to maintain the resort’s facilities, ensuring guest comfort and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and general maintenance across the hotel.
• Inspect and maintain HVAC equipment, pool and spa systems, and conduct preventive maintenance (PPM) on FCU, EXF, pumps, electrical DB, dimmer panels, and other plant room assets.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations such as fire alarms, water flooding, and gas alarms, and report any hazards.
• Carry out regular checks on generators, chillers, sump pumps, ice machines, and meter readings while monitoring energy consumption.

Required profile

• Previous experience in painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and pool/spa maintenance is an asset.
• Highly responsible, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Strong English communication skills; additional language is a plus.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and respond to urgent maintenance requests.
