HVAC Technician

About the role

M&H Technical Services LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join its growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in air‑conditioning maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair, and be able to deliver high‑quality technical services across residential and commercial projects. This role is suitable for a skilled technician who can work independently, diagnose technical faults efficiently, and perform preventive maintenance while maintaining high standards of safety and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform installation, servicing, and maintenance of AC/HVAC systems.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to restore system performance.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Inspect air‑conditioning systems and identify technical issues.
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed according to safety and quality standards.
• Maintain service records and report completed work accurately.
• Coordinate with the technical team to deliver timely maintenance services.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in AC/HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Good knowledge of AC servicing, preventive maintenance, and fault diagnosis.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
