About the role

We are looking for a High School IB Business Teacher to join Dubai American Academy in January 2027. The successful candidate will deliver engaging IB Business lessons, inspire inquiry, and contribute to the school’s reputation for academic excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver interactive IB Business lessons for high‑school students.
• Develop creative teaching strategies that foster critical thinking and inquiry‑based learning.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Participate in parent‑teacher conferences and communicate student progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Education or equivalent teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, State License) with a focus on Business.
• Proven experience teaching IB Business at the high‑school level.
• Strong knowledge of inquiry‑based learning and practical business instruction.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional improvement.
