IBM Maximo Functional Consultant – Asset Management Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IBM Maximo Functional Consultant to lead asset management transformation initiatives for asset‑intensive organisations in Abu Dhabi. The role will focus on implementing IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) and AI‑enabled Asset Performance Management solutions across transportation and infrastructure sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business discovery workshops, gather requirements and design end‑to‑end Maximo functional solutions.
• Prepare BRDs, FDDs, process maps, fit‑gap assessments and oversee CRP, SIT, UAT and post‑go‑live support.
• Implement and optimise Maximo Manage, define asset hierarchies, maintenance master‑data and support MAS upgrade programmes.
• Define and execute asset performance strategies, including criticality analysis, FMEA, RCM and condition‑based/predictive maintenance processes.
• Design functional use cases for MAS AI services such as Maximo Health, Monitor, Predict and Visual Inspection.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in Enterprise Asset Management and consulting.
• At least 8 years of hands‑on IBM Maximo functional consulting, including implementations and upgrades.
• Proven delivery experience in transportation, ports, rail, metro, airports or logistics environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
