ICQA Supervisor

About the role

The ICQA Supervisor will lead a team responsible for the safety, quality, and performance of inbound or outbound fulfillment centre operations. You will plan resources, coach staff, and drive continuous improvement to ensure a productive and safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day activities, ensuring safety, quality, and member experience.
• Identify training needs, manage attendance, performance, and coaching.
• Set departmental expectations, promote teamwork, and maintain open communication.
• Track production metrics, analyse data, and develop improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with HR, Facilities, Safety, and IT to secure resources for projects.
• Mentor and develop staff, recognise top performance, and apply progressive discipline when needed.
• Conduct daily and weekly timecard reviews to ensure pay accuracy.
• Rotate across shifts/departments and work extended hours, including weekends and holidays.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
