ICT & Airport Systems Engineer - UAE

About the role

Artelia Airports is looking for a motivated UAE National ICT & Airport Systems Engineer to join the design team in Dubai. The engineer will support senior staff in designing, coordinating and documenting ICT, ELV and airport operational systems for complex airport and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design and coordination of structured cabling, fibre networks, LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi and data‑centre infrastructure.
• Prepare system narratives, block diagrams, specifications, drawings and technical reports for tender and construction documentation.
• Ensure compliance with ICAO, IATA, ACI, GCAA, UAE cybersecurity and fire‑code requirements.
• Integrate ICT and airport systems within BIM models, federated coordination environments and CDE platforms.
• Develop ICT technical rooms (MDF/IDF, data‑centres, control rooms) including space planning, rack layouts, power, cooling and fire protection.
• Support network architecture design, IP/VLAN segmentation, IT/OT separation and secure remote access.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, vendors, airport operators and authorities during design reviews and interface workshops.
