ICT Infrastructure Manager – Senior Leadership Role

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ICT Infrastructure Manager to lead infrastructure, cybersecurity operations, and NOC/SOC across a complex, multi‑company and multi‑site environment in the UAE. This senior leadership position has a dual mandate – to run reliable, secure and cost‑effective services while driving strategic transformation toward a shared‑services model.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise infrastructure, networks, unified communications and cybersecurity across all sites.
• Manage NOC/SOC operations, ensuring operational resilience and incident response.
• Lead data‑centre, cloud (Azure/AWS), backup and disaster‑recovery programmes.
• Design and implement enterprise networking solutions including LAN/WAN, SD‑WAN, VPN, wireless and network security.
• Govern firewall and security technologies such as Palo Alto and Fortinet.
• Direct vendor, contract, budget and technology lifecycle management.
• Develop service catalogues, costing models and shared‑services frameworks.

Required profile

• 15+ years of enterprise IT infrastructure experience, with at least 10 years in leadership or management roles.
• Proven experience in multi‑site, MSP or enterprise shared‑services environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field.
• ITIL Foundation certification; additional Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, Azure/AWS, CISSP/CISM or project‑management certifications are a plus.
