About the role

Beacon Legal is seeking an experienced M&A lawyer with energy sector expertise to join a leading in‑house team in Abu Dhabi. The role will involve providing legal counsel on mergers and acquisitions and managing related assets.

Required profile

At least 8 years of experience, having trained with a leading international or white‑shoe firm.
Experience advising on M&A matters within the energy sector.
Asset management experience.
