In-Store Visual Merchandiser

About the role

The In-Store Visual Merchandiser is responsible for developing, delivering and communicating visual concepts that promote the brand, products and services within the store. The role includes training store teams on visual presentation and managing daily, weekly and seasonal visual merchandising tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure brand identity and presentation standards are consistently achieved in windows and in‑store displays.
• Create eye‑catching displays that incorporate commercial sales opportunities.
• Implement brand‑specific visual merchandising standards and coordinate store displays according to brand guidelines.
• Develop floor plans, maximize visual impact and arrange merchandise, signage, fixtures and layout guides.
• Photograph changes to merchandise displays and use creative lighting for windows.
• Maximize placement of new lines, re‑merchandise the store when trends evolve, and create category‑based store layouts.
• Collect review and feedback on merchandise presentation.
• Collaborate with operations, brand management, VM Manager and sales teams to increase sales and achieve commercial goals.
• Participate in pre‑opening activities to ensure brand standards are implemented.
• Conduct research on current market trends and lifestyle.
