Inclusion Assistant (UAE National) – Immediate Start

About the role

Aldar Education is seeking a UAE National Inclusion Assistant for Abdulla Bin Otaiba Charter School in Abu Dhabi. The role starts immediately (Feb/March 2026) and supports students with additional learning needs across the school day.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support to pupils, both inside and outside the classroom, to enable full participation in activities.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring individual education programmes (IEPs) and help students achieve their IEP goals.
• Prepare and adapt learning resources to differentiate the curriculum for identified students.
• Collaborate with homeroom and subject teachers, as well as external professionals such as speech and occupational therapists.
• Maintain accurate pupil records, track progress, and report outcomes to teachers.
• Promote independence by teaching clear strategies and supporting social, communication, and behavioural development.

Required profile

• UAE National with a minimum SEN qualification and a secondary school certificate or bachelor's degree.
• At least one year of experience working in UAE schools, preferably supporting students with special needs.
• Proficiency in English (or the language used in the school curriculum).
• Commitment to health and safety standards, school policies, and professional development.
