Inclusion Teacher – Abu Dhabi (Start Aug 2027)

About the role

Aldar Education is seeking an Inclusion Teacher to join its network of schools in Abu Dhabi, starting in August 2027. The role focuses on delivering inclusive, innovative learning experiences that empower all students, particularly those with special educational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver inspiring lessons that promote academic success and inclusion.
• Collaborate with parents, curriculum support staff, and external professionals such as speech therapists and educational psychologists.
• Observe, assess, and record progress of SEN students, developing Individual Education Plans (IEP) and targeted intervention programmes.
• Maintain accurate records, use Target Tracker for data analysis, and provide feedback to families during conferences.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policy and act as a positive role model.
• Participate in curriculum action groups, school events, outings and weekly extracurricular activities.

Required profile

• BA in Special Education, Education or Psychology with PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience, preferably with multilingual learners.
• Clean enhanced DBS/police check and residency in the same emirate as the school.
• Passion for whole‑child education, professionalism and involvement in extracurricular activities.

• CPOMS – safeguarding and communication platform.
