Inclusion Teacher – August 2027 Start

About the role

Aldar Education is seeking an Inclusion Teacher to join its Abu Dhabi schools from August 2027. The role focuses on delivering inclusive, inspiring lessons and supporting the holistic development of all learners.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver inclusive lessons that inspire all students to succeed.
• Promote inclusion across the school and collaborate with parents, curriculum staff and external professionals.
• Observe, assess and plan interventions for SEN students, develop Individual Education Plans and maintain accurate records.
• Manage classroom behaviour, follow school policies and act as a positive role model.
• Use assessment data to inform planning and provide feedback to parents at conferences.

Required profile

• BA in Special Education, Education or Psychology with PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
• 1–2 years of teaching experience, preferably with EAL learners.
• Clean enhanced DBS/police check and willingness to reside in the emirate of the school.
