Income Audit Supervisor

About the role

The Income Audit Supervisor ensures accurate revenue recording and compliance with financial standards for a luxury hospitality brand in Dubai. This role supports seamless finance operations while maintaining high guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily tasks of Income Auditors and Micros controllers and ensure timely submission of tax reports (DM fee, DTCM fees, etc.).
• Audit all revenue transactions, verify inter‑company postings, and ensure alignment between Opera, PMS, and accounting systems.
• Validate room rates, complimentary items, rebates, discounts, and foreign exchange transactions against policies.
• Prepare and distribute daily and monthly revenue reports, reconcile voids/cancelled checks, and manage month‑end entries.
• Conduct cash counts, spot checks, and ensure proper control of restaurant checks and general cashier activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in income audit or revenue management within the luxury hotel sector.
• Proven team‑leadership abilities with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of Chart of Accounts, General Ledger, and compliance standards in hospitality.

Required skills

• Opera property management system.
• Simphony point‑of‑sale system.
• iScala accounting software (advantageous).
• Smart cash deposit machine operation.
