Indirect Procurement Manager

About the role

Our client, a well‑established international organisation based in Dubai, is looking for an experienced Indirect Procurement Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of indirect contracts, driving cost efficiencies and building strong supplier partnerships across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end management of indirect contracts (IT, facilities, marketing, HR, professional services, etc.) and negotiate favourable commercial terms.
• Manage RFP/RFQ processes, evaluate vendor proposals and develop strategic supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, SLAs and mitigate procurement risks in collaboration with Finance, Legal and Operations.
• Validate invoices against contracts and purchase orders, support spend analysis and resolve billing discrepancies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in indirect procurement or contract management.
• Strong experience in vendor negotiations and contract lifecycle management.
• Experience in international or multicultural environments is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP/procurement systems such as SAP or Oracle.
