About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Indoor Plants Maintenance Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The role focuses on preserving the health and visual appeal of indoor plants across commercial and residential environments, contributing to improved ambiance and air quality. You will receive ongoing training to stay current with modern horticultural practices.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of indoor plants to assess health, detect pests, and ensure optimal growth.
• Water and fertilize plants according to species‑specific needs, preventing over‑watering and nutrient deficiencies.
• Prune and trim plants to maintain shape, encourage new growth, and enhance aesthetic appeal.
• Maintain accurate records of watering schedules, fertilization, and pest control measures.
• Monitor environmental conditions such as light and humidity, adjusting settings to create ideal growing conditions.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to provide plant‑care advice and interact professionally with clients.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple client accounts and schedules.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new horticultural techniques and technologies.
