Indoor Sales & Marketing Manager (Window Blinds)

About the role

A client in Sharjah is looking for an Indoor Sales & Marketing Manager for window blinds. The role covers daily sales coordination, team supervision, performance monitoring, marketing support and timely payment collection from customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the team's daily indoor sales activities.
• Monitor individual and team sales performance against targets.
• Manage and regularly update sales pipelines, leads, quotations and follow-ups.
• Follow up with customers promptly and convert leads into sales.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the sales team so orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor outstanding payments and work with accounts/finance on payment and invoicing issues.
• Prepare regular sales and pipeline reports for management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in indoor sales, sales coordination or sales management.
• Experience managing sales teams and monitoring sales pipelines.
• Good understanding of sales and marketing principles.

Required skills

• Strong communication, negotiation and customer-service skills.
• Strong follow-up and payment-collection skills.
• Good organizational and reporting abilities.
