Industrial Projects Department Manager

About the role

The Industrial Projects Department Manager will lead the department responsible for delivering industrial construction projects in the UAE. The role requires up‑to‑date knowledge of the UAE building industry, strong project management capabilities and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project management, site supervision and quality control for industrial projects.
• Drive fast‑track projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure compliance with evolving UAE building industry regulations.
• Coordinate with multicultural teams and maintain effective communication in English and Arabic.

Required profile

• In‑depth knowledge of the UAE building industry and its recent changes.
• Proven experience in project management, site supervision and quality control.
• Specific experience with fast‑track projects.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Analytical and presentation abilities.
• Fluency in English and good knowledge of Arabic.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment.

Required skills

• PC literacy.
• Working knowledge of application and engineering project management software.
