Influencer Campaign Manager (Freelance) – Dubai

About the role

WPP Media is seeking a Freelance Influencer Campaign Manager to lead end‑to‑end influencer programmes for its clients in Dubai. The role combines strategic planning, creator selection, budget management and performance analysis to deliver impactful campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Translate client briefs into influencer strategies, creator mixes and channel recommendations.
• Develop shortlists of nano, micro, macro and celebrity creators and negotiate fees and contracts.
• Oversee campaign execution from briefing, content review and publishing to reporting and optimisation.
• Manage budgets, track spend, support finance reconciliation and ensure timely payments.
• Provide clients with insights on creator usage, content rights, paid amplification and platform best practices.
• Mentor junior Executives, delegate tasks and ensure quality control.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field (preferred).
• 4‑6 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or integrated communications.
• Proven track record of managing multi‑creator campaigns across platforms and markets.
• Experience negotiating fees, handling budgets and communicating with clients.
