Influencer Marketing Manager – Freelance (Dubai)

About the role

WPP Media is seeking a Freelance Influencer Marketing Manager to lead end‑to‑end influencer campaigns for its clients in Dubai. You will translate client briefs into strategic influencer plans, manage creator relationships, and ensure campaigns deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop influencer strategies that align with brand objectives, audience relevance and measurable KPIs.
• Create creator shortlists across nano, micro, macro, celebrity and niche talent.
• Oversee the full campaign workflow: selection, negotiation, briefing, contracting, content review, approvals, publishing and reporting.
• Manage campaign budgets, negotiate fees, track spend and support finance reconciliation.
• Advise on creator usage, content rights, paid amplification and platform best practices.
• Produce performance reports, extract insights and recommend optimisations.
• Maintain day‑to‑day client communication and mentor junior executives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing influencer campaigns for brands.
• Strong understanding of social media ecosystems and creator communities.
• Excellent negotiation, budgeting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
