Influencer Marketing Manager – MENA

About the role

The Influencer Marketing Manager will lead the planning and delivery of influencer campaigns for WPP Media’s clients across the MENA region. You will own end‑to‑end execution, from strategy and creator selection to budgeting, reporting and optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Translate client briefs into influencer campaign concepts, creator mixes, content formats and channel plans.
• Develop and manage creator shortlists across nano to celebrity talent, negotiate fees and contracts.
• Oversee the full campaign workflow: briefing, content review, approvals, publishing and performance reporting.
• Manage campaign budgets, track spend, support finance reconciliation and ensure timely payments.
• Advise clients on creator usage, whitelisting, paid amplification, content rights and platform best practices.
• Analyse performance data, extract insights and provide optimisation recommendations.
• Maintain strong relationships with creators, agents and partners to secure access and value.
• Mentor junior Executives, delegate tasks and ensure quality control.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations or a related field (preferred).
• 4‑6 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or integrated communications.
• Proven track record of managing multi‑creator campaigns across platforms and markets.
• Experience handling budgets, negotiations and client communications.
