Informatica MDM/RDM Specialist Consultant (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) and Reference Data Management (RDM) Specialist to join a large‑scale enterprise environment in Dubai. The role is hands‑on, covering application support, incident resolution, data‑quality improvement and delivery of new MDM/RDM enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day functional and technical support for existing Informatica MDM and RDM implementations.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, data issues, workflow failures and user‑reported problems.
• Monitor MDM processes, interfaces, batch jobs and data loads, handling failures and exceptions.
• Review master‑data quality, identify duplicates or inconsistencies, and support data‑cleansing, deduplication and record merging activities.
• Analyse business requirements and deliver enhancements to MDM/RDM functionality, workflows, rules and configurations.
• Onboard new master‑data domains, applications, business units and processes.
• Maintain reference data, including code values, hierarchies, mappings and approval workflows.
• Develop data‑consistency reports for key enterprise applications and support remediation.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and implement measures to prevent recurring issues.
• Produce and maintain technical, functional and operational documentation while collaborating with business, data‑governance and integration teams.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Informatica MDM and Reference Data Management in a live production environment.
• Good understanding of master‑data and reference‑data principles, governance and lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to monitor, troubleshoot and resolve MDM jobs, workflows, interfaces and data loads.
• Experience with data‑quality management, profiling, cleansing, matching, deduplication and record merging.
• Strong incident investigation, problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical changes.
