Information Technology Coordinator (IT & Digital Systems)

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Dubai supports the IT infrastructure of a ship management and dry bulk operating company. You will maintain Microsoft 365 services, cybersecurity practices, internal communication tools, and maritime software platforms to ensure secure and continuous operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Assist with network and system administration, including user account and permission management.
• Support Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, MFA, and access control.
• Coordinate with external IT providers, cybersecurity vendors, Microsoft partners, and maritime technology suppliers.
• Maintain digital filing systems, document control, backups, onboarding/off‑boarding access, dashboards, and operational reporting tools.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in IT support, systems coordination, or digital systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and access‑control management.
• Good understanding of networking, cybersecurity, MFA, backups, cloud systems, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to support hardware, software, email, devices, printers, and connectivity issues.
• Excellent communication, documentation, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in shipping, maritime, logistics, or fleet management is preferred.
• Familiarity with IMOS, MariApps, Shipfix, ERP systems, Power BI, or dashboard tools is an advantage.
