InfoSec Operations Specialist – Database, API & Privileged Access

About the role

We are looking for a Specialist in Information Security Operations Management to lead and enhance our database activity monitoring, API security monitoring and privileged access management capabilities. The role is based in Abu Dhabi and supports critical incidents and planned changes on an 8x5 schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain database activity monitoring, API security monitoring and privileged access management solutions.
• Configure and tune policies for privileged database activity, sensitive‑data access, anomalous queries and API attacks.
• Validate agent, gateway, collector and event‑ingestion health and troubleshoot issues.
• Integrate telemetry with SIEM, ITSM and incident workflows and ensure proper escalation.
• Maintain inventories, access reviews, SOPs, runbooks and produce regular service health reports.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in information security, security engineering or security operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• Relevant professional certifications in information security, audit or security operations are preferred.

What we offer

• Salary: AED 18,000 – 20,000 per month (visible).
• Fixed‑term contract for 1 year, extendable.
• Immediate or up to 1‑month notice period.
